Built for real use, not marketing totals.

Cash-like credits and reference retail values are tracked separately. Complimentary memberships are never presented as cash, and usage-based travel benefits are added only when you actually use them. Lounge access, protections, elite status and other benefits without an objective published value stay visible without inventing a number. Targeted, grandfathered and account-specific benefits can still be added manually.

Step 1

Add the cards you actually hold.

You can load more than one card into the same checklist.

Value you recorded as used

$0.00

0 of 0 trackable periods used

$0.00cash / credits loaded
$0.00reference value loaded
$0.00cash / credits unused
next unused deadline

The large total shows value you actually marked as used. Cash-like credits and reference retail values remain labeled separately. Checking “used” fills a period to its loaded value; reduce it for partial use.

Step 2

Track this period.

Use-based value

Add travel and purchase benefits when they happen.

These benefits have a real published value, but automatically loading a theoretical annual maximum would create a marketing total. Add a use only when you actually have an eligible stay, purchase or sailing.

Enrollment Center

Activate what requires action.

Mark enrollment/activation tasks complete as you do them. This does not enroll you with the issuer.

Overlap detector

Spot duplicate or stackable perks.

Potential overlaps are prompts to verify—not automatic double-counting rules.

Benefit Calendar

See the next deadlines.

Export future unused deadlines to your calendar with a seven-day reminder.

Included, but not counted as cash

Other benefits and protections.

These benefits matter, but assigning them automatic dollar values would overstate the card. Mark items as activated or reviewed if that helps you keep track.

Add a custom or account-specific benefit

Use this for targeted offers, grandfathered benefits, Centurion member-only benefits, retention offers or anything shown in your account that is not in the public library.

Source discipline

Each built-in benefit carries a source and last-verified date. Most use official issuer/provider terms; a benefit that is currently visible only in member communications is labeled that way. Issuer terms and your logged-in account control. This tool does not activate benefits, submit enrollments or monitor your bank account.
